Make it feel alive
Every AI app I opened looked the same. A text box, a grey bubble, three dots that pulse while you wait. Behind it sat something that can listen, read and reason. In front of it sat the interface of a contact form.
That never sat right with me. When something is paying attention, you can tell. It turns towards you, it lights up when you speak, it shows you what it is looking at. People read life in motion long before they read words, and AI interfaces were giving them nothing to read.
So I started making the pieces I wished existed. A glow that follows a voice. Little faces that think and listen. A cursor that does the work in front of you, and a trail of every page it read. Each one is a single file you copy and keep, and each one is tuned until it feels right, because the difference between a tool and something that feels alive lives in those small details.
That is Fragms. Take a file, drop it into what you are building, and give it a pulse. I can't wait to see what you make.
